Carolina ADHD Coaching also operates custom-built tools and applications as services of DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC, which may include Focus Mission (focusmission.app), Daily XP (dailyxp.club), Training Programs (https://carolinaadhdcoaching.mykajabi.com), DaniDigest (danidigest.com), and other tools developed from time to time. Coaching Locations

In addition to our business address above, Carolina ADHD Coaching provides in-person, remote, and hybrid coaching services at the following locations:

• Greenville, SC: 110 S Pleasantburg Dr, Greenville, SC 29607 (through August 3, 2026); 25 Woods Lake Rd., Suite 301, Greenville, SC 29607 (effective August 4, 2026)
• Fort Mill / Rock Hill, SC: part-time in-person coaching, serving the Charlotte Metro South area
• Online / Remote: live coaching sessions held via Zoom, available across the United States

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Voluntarily Provided: Information you provide to us directly, such as your name, email, phone number, address, goals, routines, assessment responses, or information submitted when filling out forms, using our tools, enrolling in a program, or contacting us. This includes information provided by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor child, such as a child’s name and age, when enrolling a student in coaching services.

Automatically Collected: Information gathered through your browser or device, including IP address, browser type, location data, usage patterns, and device identifiers.

2. Personal Information We May Collect

• Full name
• Contact information (email, phone, address)
• Date of birth (if provided)
• Information about a minor child provided by a parent or guardian, including the child’s name and age, for enrollment and coaching purposes
• Health-related information (for service personalization, not diagnosis)
• Payment or billing data
• Coaching information such as goals, routines, task lists, progress updates, assessment responses, habit tracking information, and interactions with our coaching tools

4. Custom Tools, Personalization, and Data Use

Information shared with Carolina ADHD Coaching, including assessments, coaching notes, progress updates, habit tracking information, goals, routines, and coaching tool interactions, may be used to personalize coaching services and create individualized coaching resources.

This information is used solely for coaching, communication, service improvement, and client support purposes. Carolina ADHD Coaching does not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Children Under 13

Carolina ADHD Coaching provides services to children and teens with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

For clients under the age of 13, parental or guardian consent is required before personal information is collected, coaching tools are used, online accounts are created, or electronic communications are initiated. Parents or guardians are responsible for creating accounts and completing enrollment on behalf of their child when required.

Information collected from children under 13 is used solely to provide coaching services, communication, progress tracking, and personalized support. Carolina ADHD Coaching does not knowingly sell, share, or market personal information collected from children.

Parents or guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting danielle@carolinaadhdcoaching.com.

6. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Our internal team and contracted staff
• Service providers (e.g., email, scheduling, payment, hosting, automation, and software)
• Legal authorities, if required

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Carolina ADHD Coaching uses third-party service providers and software platforms to deliver services and operate its business. These may include scheduling platforms, payment processors, communication systems, email service providers, automation and workflow tools, coaching platforms, database systems, and custom application hosting providers. Message and data rates may apply. Clients may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Current providers may include Stripe, Calendly, Kit, QUO, Twilio, Lovable, Supabase, Zapier, Kajabi, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, and similar service providers, along with other providers as needed.

Information entered into third-party platforms may be processed according to the privacy policies and security practices of those providers. Carolina ADHD Coaching does not control third-party privacy practices but selects providers believed to maintain reasonable security standards.

8. AI-Assisted Tools

Certain coaching resources, summaries, reminders, worksheets, custom tools, and support materials may be created or enhanced using AI-assisted technologies.

AI-generated content is reviewed and directed by Carolina ADHD Coaching before being provided to clients. AI is used as a support tool and not as a substitute for coaching judgment or individualized oversight. Carolina ADHD Coaching does not use AI to make automated decisions about clients without human review.

We use cookies to improve your experience on our site. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.

10. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no online transmission or electronic communication system can guarantee complete security, and electronic communications carry some inherent risk.

Our main office at 25 Woods Lake Rd. has a security camera in the waiting area, and the building itself maintains its own video surveillance in shared and common areas. Other coaching locations, including shared or co-working spaces, may have video surveillance that is owned and controlled by the building or venue, not by Carolina ADHD Coaching. We do not control the recording, storage, or use of footage captured by building-operated or third-party surveillance systems at these locations.

11. Data Retention

Carolina ADHD Coaching may retain coaching records, communication logs, assessment responses, scheduling records, payment records, and related information for business, legal, safety, operational, and recordkeeping purposes.

Information will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary and may be securely deleted when no longer required.

12. Data Deletion Requests

Clients and parents may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting danielle@carolinaadhdcoaching.com.

Certain information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, safety, contractual, or business recordkeeping purposes.

13. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent to marketing
• File a complaint with a data protection authority

14. International Users

If you reside outside the U.S., your data may be transferred and processed in the U.S. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
