Carolina ADHD Coaching Terms of Service Effective Date: May 29, 2025

Carolina ADHD Coaching is a service of DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC. By accessing https://carolinaadhdcoaching.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Treatment Coaching services are not intended to replace therapy, counseling, or any form of medical care. Do not use our services if:

• You are experiencing a medical emergency.
• You are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm.
• You are at risk of harming yourself or others.
• Your healthcare provider advises against participation. In any emergency, call 911 or seek immediate help from a licensed provider.

Fees & Payment Terms

• All coaching services must be prepaid.
• We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe.
• By providing payment details, you authorize recurring charges as outlined in your selected plan.
• No refunds are issued for missed sessions.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Coaching plans are billed monthly or quarterly.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancel anytime by contacting us or using your account portal.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. No prorated refunds.

Missed Sessions & Makeups

• No makeups are offered for missed or late-canceled sessions.
• If your coach must cancel, a makeup session will be offered at no additional cost.

Client Coaching Agreement

• Coaching is a collaborative process.
• Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder.
• Clients agree to seek professional support for legal, medical, or psychological needs outside the scope of coaching.
• If under mental health care, we recommend informing your provider.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful communication is required.
• Harassment, abuse, or solicitation of any kind may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Parental Involvement

• Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent/guardian.
• Optional 15-minute monthly parent check-ins may be scheduled by guardians.

Technology & Third-Party Tools

• We use Basecamp, Voxer, Calendly, and other tools for communication.
• We are not liable for third-party outages, data handling, or platform access issues.

Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is.” No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
• DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Academic Coaching Studio Policies

The Academic Coaching Studio is an educational coaching service designed to support academic success and executive function skill-building.
It is not a child care program, after-school care, or custodial service.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for the care and supervision of their student outside of studio hours. Students are expected to attend studio sessions for the purpose of active coaching, skill-building, and focused academic work.

Families are responsible for ensuring that students are dropped off and picked up on time. Carolina ADHD Coaching does not provide transportation or custodial supervision outside of scheduled studio hours.

Release

You hereby release DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC and its successors from claims, demands, any and all losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including personal injuries, death, and property damage, that are either directly or indirectly related to or arise from your use of Carolina ADHD Coaching services. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.” This release does not apply to claims resulting from fraud or unconscionable practices.

No Outcome Guarantees

No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed from the use of our services. Results vary with each individual and depend on various factors. You acknowledge and agree that there are no warranties for specific results from our service. We make no promises or warranties concerning your likelihood of success, future earnings, academic performance, or personal development.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carolina ADHD Coaching, DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, or service outages.

Severability

Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the remainder of the Agreement, which will remain valid and enforceable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and DNL Coaching and Creative, LLC.
