In-Person ADHD Coaching in South Carolina and Charlotte, NC
Messy rooms. Forgotten assignments. Late-night panic and “I’ll do it tomorrow”—again.
When chaos becomes the norm, it takes a toll on your child—and the whole family feels it.
Our coaching gives students the tools to calm the noise, take ownership, and finally feel in control again.
We offer in-person coaching, giving students hands-on support, structure, and encouragement in the real world.

Middle school is a foundational time to learn focus, follow-through, and executive function.
We offer in-person sessions after school in the Greenville and Spartanburg areas—ideal for students who benefit from consistent support and direct accountability in a comfortable setting.

Between school, sports, and jobs, high schoolers need coaching that fits their schedule.

From dorm life to internships, college can be overwhelming without structure.
We meet students where they are—literally. Our in-person coaching in the Carolinas helps college students manage tasks, reduce stress, and maintain routines that support academic and personal growth
We also work with students in upper elementary and early middle school (ages 10–12), helping them build routines, focus.
Our sessions are hands-on, visual, and designed to meet kids where they are — giving them tools that grow with them into the teen years.
At Carolina ADHD Coaching, we provide in-person support for students and families in Greenville, Spartanburg, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and surrounding communities — with limited availability in Charlotte Metro South.
Coaching sessions are held in quiet, structured environments where students can focus, reflect, and build essential executive function skills with a caring coach by their side.
Some challenges are best tackled in person—others, like organizing a messy room or setting a homework timer, work better right from home.
We also have a hybrid model that lets students benefit from face-to-face coaching when needed, with online sessions for accountability and habit tracking.
Our home office is located at 110 S. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville, SC, by McAlister Square.
We also hold in-person coaching sessions using meeting space at LOOM Coworking located at 120 Academy Street in Fort Mill, SC.
In select cases, we may commute to meet students in person in locations like Clemson or Charlotte.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and include access to between-session support via messaging apps and shared planning tools. That way, the coaching doesn’t stop when the session ends.
Not at all. You can choose to do all in-person, all virtual, or a hybrid approach. Many families opt for in-person sessions to build systems, then use online check-ins for follow-through and flexibility.
Most students meet once per week, though we may recommend more frequent support during transition periods or when building new routines.
We’ll work together to find the right cadence for your student’s goals and schedule.
While online coaching works beautifully for many families, some students benefit from the added structure of face-to-face sessions.
That’s why we also offer local and hybrid coaching in South Carolina —giving students the option for in-person check-ins, hands-on systems building, or just a bit of extra grounding support.
Whether virtual, in-person, or a mix of both, our goal is the same: helping students thrive with the strategies that work best for them.
We meet students where they are — with in-person and hybrid coaching in Greenville and Charlotte’s South Metro area. No fluff. Just real tools that build focus, motivation, and momentum.
