A personalized, coach-led assessment that decodes how your child’s brain really works and turns insight into a clear, usable plan.
This isn't like anything you've seen before.
Our Jumpstsart combines research-backed assessment tools, expert coaching insight, and completely individualized analysis to give you what every parent of a neurodivergent kid desperately needs:
Personalized clarity about what works, what doesn't, and exactly what to do next—so you can start seeing real progress within weeks, not months.
- Not a generic checklist.
- Not another list of “try this strategy.”
- An actual playbook, built specifically for your child.
Too often, there’s a disconnect between what a parent sees on the outside and what a child is experiencing on the inside.
Leading to you asking questions like:
Maybe these patterns are just starting to show up. Or maybe they’ve been building for years.
Either way, you can feel that something deeper is going on—and you want real answers now, before the gap between expectations and reality gets wider.
The problem is that your child usually can’t explain what’s happening internally. They don’t see the bottleneck. They just know they tried again… and it didn’t work.
From the outside, it can look like avoidance, laziness, or lack of motivation. From the inside, it’s confusion, overload, and a nervous system doing its best to cope.
Without a clear map of what’s actually happening under the hood, parents are left guessing. And guessing gets expensive, exhausting, and discouraging.
This is not a generic evaluation. It’s not a stack of scores. And it’s not a vague “here are some strategies” handout.
The Executive Function Jumpstart acts more like:
You don’t just learn what’s happening now. You learn why it’s happening and what to do next, in a way that actually works.
First, you complete your part of the PFC Fulcrum Assessment
—a comprehensive intake that captures your perspective on what's happening at home, at school, and in daily life.
Then, you meet one-on-one with a certified executive function coach for a real conversation. Not a clinical interview. Not a checklist review. A genuine heart-to-heart with someone who truly understands what your child is going through—and what you're experiencing as their parent.
This is your chance to share the nuances, the patterns you've noticed, the things that worry you that you might not even know how to articulate. Your coach gets it, and they'll help you make sense of what you're seeing.
Next, your child has a one-on-one session with their coach. But here's the difference: they're not filling out forms. They're not taking a test.
Instead, the coach engages them in hands-on activities and conversations designed to assess the seven areas of executive function that matter most—in a way that actually engages your kid, not intimidates them..
This is where the lights start coming on. Where your child begins to see the patterns they couldn't see before. Where they finally understand why things keep falling apart—and more importantly, what they can actually do about it.
Here's where everything comes together.
Based on your intake, your interview with the coach, and your child's hands-on assessment, we create a complete picture of how your child's executive function actually works.
A comprehensive analysis that examines multiple dimensions of your child's executive function, reveals their unique profile, and shows you exactly where the challenges are and why they're happening.
Not a generic report that says "kids with executive dysfunction need structure." A personalized action plan that tells you exactly what your child needs, specifically, because of how their brain works.
Maybe they need deadlines structured a certain way. Maybe they respond better to visual cues than verbal reminders. Maybe they shut down with direct instruction but thrive with open-ended problem-solving.
You'll know. Because we'll show you.
But here's what makes this revolutionary:
This playbook doesn't just give you a snapshot of today. It shows you the full trajectory—where your child is now, where their challenges are likely to intensify as demands increase, and exactly what you can start scaffolding now to prevent those future struggles.
It's like having a GPS that doesn't just show you where you are—it shows you the traffic jams ahead and gives you alternate routes before you hit them.
Because we know implementation takes time, you'll also receive follow-up emails from your coach with guidance to help you actually put the playbook into action.
This isn't ongoing coaching. This is a targeted, high-impact jumpstart designed to give you clarity, tools, and confidence—not just for today, but for the road ahead.
This isn’t “try these 10 ADHD tips.” This is “John freezes when tasks feel vague, so use this exact 10-3-1 countdown script and these ‘What Done Looks Like’ cards.”
Our proprietary tools—the Motivation Matrix, Initiation Profiles, PFC Operating Profiles—are clinical-grade but parent-accessible. No one else in is offering this level of precision.
The playbook IS coaching without ongoing sessions. You know EXACTLY what to do Monday at 6:30pm.
This stops families from spending thousands of dollars on the wrong interventions. Our executive function assessment and jumpstart provide diagnostic-level clarity without the medical runaround.
If you’ve been waiting for someone to just tell you what your child needs—not what all kids need, but what your child needs, right now and in the future—this is it.
Because when they finally understand how their brain works, when they can see the boulder they’ve been pushing or the one that’s coming, when they have language for what’s been happening all along?
Everything shifts.
Your child’s brain, decoded. Their future, clearer. Their potential, unlocked.
(One-time investment. Lifetime clarity.)
Parent intakes are conducted via Zoom, making it convenient to connect from anywhere. Student coaching sessions are held in-person at our Greenville, SC office, with occasional availability in Rock Hill, SC.
If you’re within 1-2 hours of Greenville, we highly recommend the in-person format—there’s something powerful about your child experiencing the executive function assessment in a space designed for focus and connection.
That said, we also work with families across the US through Zoom-based assessments, and the insights and strategies are just as personalized and effective.
An executive function assessment evaluates how your child’s brain manages executive function skills like planning, organization, time management, emotional regulation, working memory, and task initiation.
Unlike standardized testing that focuses on academic skills, an executive function assessment reveals the “how” behind your child’s struggles—why they can’t start homework even when they care, why reminders don’t stick, why the same strategies fail repeatedly.
The Executive Function Jumpstart combines parent perspective, hands-on student activities, and expert coaching to create a complete picture of your child’s unique executive function profile.
School testing determines if your child qualifies for special education services or accommodations. It focuses on what’s wrong and whether it meets eligibility criteria.
Our executive function assessment shows you how your child’s brain works, why certain strategies fail, and exactly what to do to help them succeed. You receive specific, actionable strategies built for your child’s unique profile—not generic recommendations. It’s the difference between getting a diagnosis and getting a game plan.
You’ll receive your complete PFC Fulcrum Assessment Report and Custom Implementation Playbook within 7-10 days of your child’s coaching session.
The process includes three steps: your parent intake and interview, your child’s hands-on coaching session, and delivery of your comprehensive results and roadmap. The timeline from start to finish depends on scheduling availability and how quickly you complete each stage of the executive function assessment—but most families have their complete playbook within 3-4 weeks of enrollment.
This timeline ensures we can create truly personalized strategies rather than rushing to generic conclusions.
We recommend students complete the coaching session on their own so they feel free to share openly without worrying about how their responses might affect you. While you wait in our cozy waiting area, your child gets to experience what it’s like to have someone truly understand their brain—without the parent-child dynamic in the room.
That said, if your child feels more comfortable with you present, we’re absolutely flexible. Some younger students or those with significant anxiety do better with a parent nearby, and we’ll adjust to what helps your child feel most at ease.
No. Most families come to us in one of two stages: they’re suspecting executive function issues but haven’t pursued formal diagnosis yet, or they’ve received an ADHD diagnosis but need help actually implementing strategies that work for their specific child.
We meet students where they are right now and give them actionable strategies—not just explanations. This executive function assessment is valuable whether your child has ADHD, autism, anxiety, learning differences, or is simply “wired differently.” We focus on understanding how their brain works and what they need to succeed—regardless of labels.
This isn’t a traditional test. Your child won’t be sitting at a desk filling out forms or worrying about “right answers.” Instead, they’ll engage in hands-on activities and conversations with a coach who knows how to make the process feel safe and even enjoyable.
Many students tell us this was the first time someone truly got how their brain works—and that awareness alone reduces anxiety because they finally understand they’re not “lazy” or “broken.”
The Executive Function Jumpstart is designed for students from elementary through college (approximately ages 8-22).
The executive function assessment adapts to your child’s developmental level—whether they’re in 3rd grade struggling with homework initiation, a high schooler managing multiple deadlines, or a college student navigating independent living.
The earlier you understand your child’s executive function profile, the more you can prevent future struggles—but it’s never too late to get clarity.
The insight and direction you’ve been missing when nothing else seems to stick.
