An ADHD Homeschool Program Built Around What Traditional Schools Overlook
ZEAL (Zenith Excellence Academy for Leadership & Learning) was created by Carolina ADHD Coaching to fill the gaps we see in traditional homeschool programs. Too often, students are left without accountability, parents are left without support, and unique gifts go unnoticed.
Our program is designed to serve both students and families — combining academic accountability, executive function coaching, and faith-based leadership development.
We work with homeschool families across North and South Carolina, and nationwide, providing live, interactive instruction that gives students structure while empowering them to shine.
At ZEAL, the goal is simple: to raise confident, Christ-centered leaders who know how to manage their work, understand their God-given wiring, and step boldly into their future.
Why Parents Choose ZEAL
✅ Less daily stress: Parents no longer have to worry about unfinished assignments or lack of focus.
✅ Clearer structure: Students have a schedule and accountability built in.
✅ Faith alignment: Every session ties back to biblical truth.
✅ Long-term impact: Parents see their child preparing for adulthood with skills most students never get in a traditional ADHD homeschool environment.
Who ZEAL Serves
ZEAL is designed for middle and high school students (ages 12–18) who need more than traditional academics to thrive. Most of our students are homeschooled, though we also welcome those in hybrid or co-op programs who need structured accountability and leadership opportunities.
This age range is intentional:
✅ Middle schoolers (grades 6–8) benefit from early executive function coaching, faith-based guidance, and confidence-building before high school.
✅ High school students (grades 9–12) use ZEAL as part of their ADHD homeschool curriculum, often counting it as an elective credit in leadership, entrepreneurship, or personal development.
✅ Students in Central and Eastern time zones find the schedule especially convenient, though we serve families nationwide.
Parents choose ZEAL because this season is critical — a time when students need both academic accountability and real-world skills.
Students love ZEAL because it gives them a chance to shine, discover their unique strengths, and prepare for the future now.

What a Day at ZEAL Feels Like
Students log in at 1:30 p.m. Eastern and begin with a short faith-based reflection to center their focus and intentions for the day.
Next, they learn and practice an executive function skill — like time management, planning, or task initiation — and then apply it right away through guided work and collaborative leadership projects.
By 3:00 p.m., students leave with assignments completed, new strategies mastered, and confidence renewed.
Between sessions, they can join optional Focus Labs for extra accountability and structured study time — turning consistency into a habit, not a struggle.
ZEAL isn’t just another ADHD homeschool program — it’s a live, faith-filled environment where students thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.
At Carolina ADHD Coaching, we’ve spent years walking alongside students and families who are navigating the daily ups and downs of homeschooling with ADHD. Over and over, we saw the same patterns: brilliant, creative kids getting stuck on simple assignments, parents exhausted from constant reminders, and families wishing for structure without sacrificing freedom. Traditional academics weren’t the problem — the missing link was executive function support and a space where students could truly thrive.
That’s why we created ZEAL: an ADHD Homeschool Program that supports academics, but doesn’t replace them. We’re not here to undo your homeschool curriculum. Instead, we provide the accountability, coaching, and leadership development that most families can’t find anywhere else.
Through our executive function coaching, we’ve seen what happens when students are given tools to initiate tasks, stay organized, and build confidence: they transform. The spark parents see in their child finally has room to grow.
Our mission is bigger than helping kids “get through school.” At ZEAL, we believe God designed every student for a purpose, and that purpose includes leadership. We’re building a generation of confident, Christ-centered leaders who don’t just survive academics — they discover their calling and shine.
